AI-PSM Sentinel is intended to assist qualified personnel with evidence preparation, prioritization, pattern recognition, investigation support, and management review. Safety-critical classifications, causal conclusions, corrective actions, regulatory determinations, inspection or maintenance decisions, and decisions to start, continue, reduce, or stop operations remain the responsibility of competent authorized personnel.
No sole reliance
Website content, demonstrations, prototype outputs, AI-generated text, scores, rankings, and recommendations should not be used as the sole basis for a safety-critical or regulatory decision. Appropriate validation, source-data review, engineering analysis, procedures, standards, and approvals remain necessary.
Standards references
References to industry standards and regulatory frameworks describe intended alignment or use context. They do not imply endorsement by a standards body or regulator, and they do not replace the controlling text of any applicable law, regulation, code, recommended practice, company standard, or contract.
No compliance certification
AI-PSM Sentinel may help users retrieve and compare information related to RAGAGEP, standards, guidance and industry lessons, but it does not independently determine which requirements are legally applicable, certify conformance with OSHA PSM or EPA RMP, or replace the employer’s obligation to select, interpret, document and implement applicable engineering practices with qualified personnel and legal/regulatory advice as appropriate.
